Vanilla protein smoothie
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup of milk (soy milk, 2%, skim, etc)
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp oatmeal flakes
1 tsp Villa Vainilla Pure Mexican Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes.
