INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 liter of cold water
- 2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the rice overnight in 3 cups of water (or at least for 2 hours)
- Drain the rice and then process it in a food processor until smooth
- Mix with milk, water, natural vanilla extract and sugar
- Serve Horchata with ice and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
