  1. Make whipped coffee:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, hot water, and vanilla extract.
    • Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy, forming stiff peaks. This might take a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the martini:

    • In a shaker or mixing glass, add the vodka, coffee liqueur, vanilla-flavored vodka, and a handful of ice cubes.
  3. Add whipped coffee:

    • Scoop a generous dollop of the whipped coffee on top of the ice in the shaker.
  4. Shake:

    • Secure the lid tightly on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain and serve:

    • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish:

    • Top the Vanilla Whipped Coffee Martini with a dollop of whipped cream.
    • Optionally, garnish with a vanilla bean or a sprinkle of ground vanilla bean for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal.
  7. Serve:

    • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Vanilla Whipped Coffee Martini!
