2-4 Ripe Peaches, cut into halves from stem to bottom
1 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Villa Vainilla vanilla extract
Cook peaches, cut side down, on a hot grill until fruit has grill marks, 3 to 4 minutes. Brush peach skin with olive oil, turn over, and move to indirect heat. Cover grill and cook until fruit is tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove peaches from grill and allow to cool slightly. Then drizzle vanilla syrup over peaches and serve.
