Vanilla Moscow Mule Recipe

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce of pure Villa Vainilla extract
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and Villa Vainilla bean for garnish (optional)


  1. Fill a copper mug with ice:

    • Fill a copper mug (or any highball glass) with ice cubes.
  2. Add vodka and vanilla syrup:

    • Pour the vodka and Villa Vainilla into the copper mug over the ice.
  3. Squeeze in lime juice:

    • Squeeze the fresh lime juice into the mug.
  4. Top with ginger beer:

    • Pour the ginger beer over the vodka, Villa Vainilla, and lime juice mixture in the mug.
  5. Stir gently:

    • Use a cocktail stirrer or a spoon to gently stir the ingredients together until well mixed.
  6. Garnish and serve:

    • Optionally, garnish the Vanilla Moscow Mule with a lime wedge and a split vanilla bean for extra aroma and presentation.
  7. Enjoy:

    • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Vanilla Moscow Mule!

*Note: To make homemade vanilla syrup, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, and the seeds of 1 vanilla bean in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool before using. Store any leftover vanilla syrup in the refrigerator for future use.
