1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 cup Toasted Unsweetened Coconut Chips
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice Powder
2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
2 teaspoons Honey Powder
½ teaspoon Coconut Flavoring
¼ cup hot water
Combine all berries in a medium bowl. In a small sauce pan, whisk together the Lemon Juice Powder, Coconut Sugar, Honey Powder and hot water. Bring to a low boil and let boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the Coconut Flavoring and whisk to combine. Cool to room temperature.
Toss with fresh fruit and toasted unsweetened coconut chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
